Starting Up Again

Christ is Risen! Indeed He is Risen! We hope you all had a blessed Pascha.

It’s spring once again, and things are starting up on the farm.

Our seeds are blossoming - we are praying for a good harvest this year. After pulling out some tomato plants (thank you Grandpa!) that were scattered around from last year's fallen tomatoes, our garden is looking awesome. Our lettuce and kale are abundant - we’ve already enjoyed at least ten salads’-worth!

The chickens couldn’t be better - and we’ve increased our numbers. We now have thirteen chickens. The newest additions are about nine weeks old, so not egg laying age yet, but hopefully by late June or early July they will start producing. As soon as that happens, we are planning to open the long-awaited farm stand at the end of our driveway. Fresh produce and eggs available for all!

Our barn is infested with mice. We are keeping our eye open for a barn cat in need of a good home. If you know of one, please contact us on Facebook or Instagram.

Our pool is open and ready for swimmers. As soon as our rainy, cold, weather clears up, that’s where you’ll find us!

Please keep in touch with us here and on social media!

In Christ,
